Unlock a VoiceMail box

How to reset the password for a Mailbox that is locked

n      The following must be done from a 7310 or 7324 type phone.

n      Lift handset, press ‘Feature’ 9,8,3

n      At the ‘Log:’ screen dial your code:____________ (usually, 120000# or 1020000#)

n      Press the softkey under Mbox

n      Press the softkey under CHNG

n      enter the mailbox number that needs to be reset

n      at the ‘Password’ screen, press the softkey under Reset.

n      You are done, press Rls button to end.

n      The mailbox password is now 0000.

Note:  Resetting the password will not delete any mailbox settings or messages
