Norstar VoiceMail Time change

Changing Clock on Voice Mail.**

Note: not all Norstar voice mail systems need to have the time changed.  New models would take the clock settings from the phone system.  But, if you have changed the time on your Norstar phone system and the time on the voice mail system is still incorrect, then use these instructions.

1.  Must use a M7310 or M7324 style phone. (Look on bottom side of phone for #)

2. Dial FEATURE, 9,8,4.

3. At the PSWD: screen, dial your Code:_________________________

 (usually the code is 1020000, or 120000 - the 102 or 12 is the admin mailbox # and the "0000" is the password, so if you password has changed, your code might look as "1021234" or "121234")

4. Current date or time is displayed.  Use the CHNG key to adjust or NEXT if OK.

5. When you have time and date adjusted properly, Press RIs.

** NOTE:  If you get the message " Inactive Feature" when attempting to change time on your Voice Mail using the FEATURE 984 command, this means the Voice Mail time is synchronized with the Phone system and cannot be adjusted separately.
